WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All purchases made on https://takeheartfitness.wixsite.com/takeheartfitness are non-refundable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

Online personal training offers more accountability and community than in person training.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM?

One set of dumbbells are the only piece of equipment needed for this program. Preferably, have a lighter set and a heavier set (example: one set of 6 lb, and one set of 10 lbs)
